Well, yes; just do M-x speedbar.

The project files that have been loaded are currently listed in the
Ada | Projects menu.

I guess you would like speedbar to look for *.adp, and list those
separately in the speedbar?

I don't use speedbar, and know nothing about how to customize it, so
you're on your own here.

That seems to be a window configuration manager. What would be
specific/customized for Ada mode?
