[Emacs-ada-mode] Adapting comp_cmd or make_cmd in my .emacs, NOT in some .adp (project) file

If you want to take that approach, before abandoning emacs, please try
gpr2adp.

Obviously having gpr2adp more integrated would be good; let me know
what would work for you.
