Another option is to change the "set main and compile file" menu entry
to "set main and build". Then we could bind that to a different key;
any suggestions?
For special situations where you want C-c C-c to be "set main and
build" instead of "build current main", you can rebind C-c C-c.
Would that work for everyone?
