yes, it is mentioned on the GPS page (https://libre2.adacore.com/gps/);
you need:

cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs at libre.adacore.com:/anoncvs login

empty password

cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs at libre.adacore.com:/anoncvs co gps
